Rep. Travis Couture delivers passionate speech in support of bill to support veterans in Washington state
Rep. Travis Couture, R-Allyn, speaks in favor of House Bill 1102, which would expand access to veteran’s services for veterans in Washington state. Couture, a Navy veteran, spoke passionately about the need for the country and the state to keep their word to those who served so they can easily access the potentially life-saving services they were promised.
