Rep. Travis Couture rises in support of funding for special education and to address learning loss
Rep. Travis Couture, R-Allyn, rose in support of amendment 546 to the operating budget, House Bill 1140. The amendment would have increased funding for special education. The amendment failed along partisan lines.
