Rep. Travis Couture speaks in favor of his bill to help prevent child malnutrition
Rep. Travis Couture spoke in favor House Bill 1274, his effort to help prevent child malnutrition.
HB 1274 would direct the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), in consultation with the Department of Health (DOH), to create a child malnutrition field guide for their staff.
The bill passed the House unanimously.
